How long can my recording be?
Your message can be as long as you want. Most are 30 seconds or less.

Is the voice recording quality good?
Yes! The quality is great. Your recorded greeting is enhanced using modern sound processing software.

Will I be able to hear a sample of my recording before I buy?
Yes! We will contact you by phone so you can hear the finished recording before your purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us.

How do I record more than one person?
Simply pass the phone around you can also say out loud together in a group through the phone e.g. "happy birthday Michelle!".

How do I pay?
Please give us your credit card details over the phone when we phone you to hear the recorded greeting you have made.

How long will it take before I receive the CD?
Allow 2 weeks but usually 7 days.
